c. If you would like to receive printed information or a copy of the videos on a DVD, please include a postal address, including your name. We presently struggle with sending DVDs via e-mail. Many of the inquiries we receive just say "send catalog" or similar... no name, no address, no phone number, or nothing at all in the comments. Many times, when we attempt to reply to the sender's e-mail address, the message is returned as undeliverable, blocked by spam filters, or is otherwise a dead end. Here is a recent example:
