Our
solid one-piece dies are made from premium H-13 tool
steel, Uddeholm Orvar Supreme; the toughest hot-forging
steel available. The dies bolt on, can be changed
in seconds, and can be rotated instantly to four different
positions for left hand or other uses, and cannot
get out of line.
|

The
anvi/frame and base are made of solid 1020 steel,
American made, six inches thick. NOT a hollow box,
or filled with sand. No castings to break. Guaranteed
for life. No other hammer in the world has an anvil/frame
made from a single piece of solid steel.
|

The
incredibly long 11.5 inch stroke exceeds that of
any other hammer curently made. Up to 8-10 inches
of material and tools can be stacked up and still
strike a useful blow. You have complete freedom
of movement all the way around the front and sides
of the hammer.
|

The
ram guides: Utterly simple.Virtually unbreakable.
Fully adjustable. Lined with oil impregnated nylon,
virtually no wear with virtually no lubrication.
|
|

The
ram is machined from one solid piece of steel.
|

The
controls: The most unique feature of all. Click here
for a full description of how the Phoenix hammer is
the most versatile and controllable hammer available
in the world today.
